summary
Narmer is a strong nuker if given the chance to stack a large number of “Burning Suns”, allowing the potential to deal massive damage in one hit.
Every action taken by or buff applied to Narmer grants him one “Burning Sun”, each of which increases the damage dealt by his Emblazoned Strike ability. A sufficient number of stacked Suns also allows Emblazoned Strike to ignore a portion of the enemy’s DEF and reduces Narmer’s own cooldown.

Emblazoned Strike
Deals damage equal to 100% of ATsK to all enemies. This attack consumes all of Ra’s Burning Suns, and each Burning Sun increases the damage dealt by 7%. If Ra has 5 or more Burning Suns, then this attack ignores 40% of enemy DEF. If Ra has 8 Burning Suns, then this attack reduces all ability cooldowns by 1 turn.
