Ophelia is a Fighter Esper, capable of inflicting debuffs and performing pursuit attacks. Elegant Strike attacks an enemy and inflicts Bleed. Heartless Reaper increases damage based on the number of the target’s debuffs when attacking. Butterfly Dreams, while attacking an enemy, performs continuous attacks with Elegant Strike a number of times equal to the total number of own buffs and the target’s debuffs. If the target dies during the continuous attacks, the remaining attacks will target another enemy. After ascension, Ophelia inflicts DEF Down on the target before the first hit.

If the enemy is not killed, gains a Shield for 2 turns.
Shield Strength: 20% Max HP.
Cooldown: 3 turns
Buttefly Dreams
Attacks 1 enemy. Deals 270% ATK damage. Casts Elegant Strike to perform pursuit attacks equal to the total number of one’s own buffs and the enemy’s debuffs.
If the enemy dies during the pursuit attacks, continues to attack another enemy, up to 3 times.
Pursuit damage on the same target is gradually reduced by 20% with each hit.
This ability and its pursuit attacks inflict for 2 turns on the DEF Down first hit of each new target.

Captain Ability
Increases ally C.RATE in Point War by 30%.
I think that the thor set with incandescence is the optimal build for her, since her 3rd ability is her main source of dps and already has a high 270% scaling to it, building her crit is probs the best choice

I have to disagree in one aspect, she is a beast in Temporal Tower.
Due to her i’m able to clear so many floors, pursuit atacks that target multiples enemies with def break before each hit, plus her damage input make her an awesome unit for this content (a well better Tang yun with more consistent kit, no rng based).
