Kara’s poisoning abilities make her something of a “slow burn” DPS Esper.
All of Kara’s attacks inflict Poison on targets for several turns. These Poison debuffs can stack into further, devastating variants with each successive hit.

Captain Ability
During Ritual Miracle or Sonic Miracle challenges, all allied Espers’ ACC increases 40%.
In my experience Serket is really good against lvl 8 flow runner because she has disease to block the healing and stacking poison does a lot of damage against bosses.
She is good against the sonic miracle bosses but bosses like Kronos has a cleanse for poisons and apep has high resist to poison so she is not as effective.
In point war she was really not good, the poison does not do a lot of damage in point war and there are poison immunity espers. The only thing she is good for in point war is her speed down but Nut is better for that.
